This tutorial with guide you through how to make a stunning abstract wallpaper in Cinema4D.

This tutorial takes in to effect that you know the basics of Cinema4D

1.Open Cinema4D and create a new document
2.Create new Primitive » Sphere
3.

Press C and select the Polygon Tool

4.Right click on the sphere and choose magnet
5.Drag out points of the sphere, but don't forget to do the back too.

You should have something that looks like this:

7.Now right click again and select Bevel, hold down the left mouse button and drag to the left a bit so it deforms, let go and do the same again.
8.Right click and select Extrude Inner, hold down the left mouse button and drag to the right. Repeat.
9.Now alternate between Bevel and Extrude Inner doing another 3 on each tool.
10.Finally do a small matrix extrude.

You can apply a material within C4D or you can export it to Photoshop and edit it.
