Vertical Navigation Buttons This tutorial with guide you through how to make a these navigation buttons for your vertical navigation bars. 
| 1. | Create a new document however big you want your button with a white background. I am using 95x30. |
| 2. | Create a new layer and fill it with any colour. |
| 3. | Either shift down the layer 2 pixels or you delete the top 2 rows of pixels. |
| 4. | Set these blending options: 
Gradient: #FFFFFF to #CCCCCC 
Color: #000000 |
| 5. | Add black (#000000) text and change the opacity to 60%. |
